Endokrinné formy hypertenzie

Endokrinné formy hypertenzie tvoria významnú časť sekundárnej hypertenzie. Liečba základného endokrinného ochorenia môže viesť k úprave hypertenzie. Medzi tieto formy hypertenzie patrí hypertenzia pri nadprodukcii kortizolu, mineralokortikoidov, pri nadbytku estrogénov, pri akromegálii, hyperparatyreóze, hypertyreóze, hypotyreóze, feochromocytóme. V článku sú uvedené hlavné príznaky ochorení a možnosti liečby.

Endocrine forms of the hypertension

Endocrine forms of the hypertension create an important part of the secondary hypertension. Treatment of the basic disease could lead to modification of the hypertension. To this type of hypertension bellow hypertension by the cortisol and mineralocorticoid overproduction, by high levels of estrogens, by acromegaly, by hyper and hypothyroidism, by pheochromocytoma. Major symptoms of diseases and possibilities of their treatment are show in the article.
