Akutní retroperitoneální krvácení následkem ruptury angiomyolipomu

Cílem mé práce je prezentace kazuistiky pacientky s již dříve diagnostikovaným angiomyolipomem levé ledviny, která přichází na urologickou pohotovost pro akutně vzniklou bolest v oblasti levé ledviny při práci s teleskopickou pilou. Zjištěna ruptura tumoru s retroperitoneálním krvácením, jež řešena operační revizí a nefrektomií.

Spontaneous retroperitoneal haemorrhage caused by rupture of renal angiomyolipoma

The goal of my work is to present a case report of the pacient firstly diagnosed with angiomyolipoma of the left kidney in past, who is now arriving to urological emergency due to acute made-pain in the left kidney, while was working with a telescopic saw. We found the ruptura of tumour with retroperitoneal bleeding has been already solved by operated revision and nephrectomy.
