Význam spolupráce gastroenterológa a chirurga pri masívnom krvácaní z kolorektálnej anastomózy po resekcii ľavého kolon pre recidivujúcu divertikulitídu – kazuistika

Anastomózy v kolorektálnej chirurgii pre benígne aj malígne ochorenia hrubého čreva a konečníka sa spájajú s viacerými možnosťami včasných i neskorých komplikácií. Jednou z nich je krvácanie v mieste anastomózy v skorom pooperačnom období, ktoré sa vyskytuje v 0,5 – 1,0 % rukou i staplerom ušitých anastomóz. Autori predkladajú kazuistiku 55-ročnej pacientky po resekcii ľavého kolon pre recidívy divertikulitídy s významným krvácaním z miesta anastomózy, ktoré sa podarilo úspešne zvládnuť v úzkej spolupráci s gastroenterológom.

The importance of cooperation between a gastroenterologist and a surgeon in massive bleeding from a colorectal anastomosis after resection of the left colon for recurrent diverticulitis – a case report

Anastomosis in colorectal surgery for both benign and malignant diseases of the colon and rectum are associated with several possibilities of early and late complications. One of them is bleeding at the anastomosis site in the early postoperative period, which occurs in 0.5 – 1.0 % of anastomoses sewn by hand or stapler. The authors present the case report of a 55-year-old female patient after left colonic resection for recurrent diverticulitis with significant bleeding from the anastomosis site, which was successfully managed in close cooperation with a gastroenterologist.
