Úrazové poranenia pankreasu – patogenéza, diagnostika, klasifikácia a manažment liečby

Poranenia pankreasu úrazom predstavujú približne 4 % abdominálnej traumy. Intímny vzťah podžalúdkovej žľazy k cievnym a gastrointestinálnym štruktúram priamo odzrkadľuje vysokú morbiditu a mortalitu pri poranení. Dôležité je okamžité rozpoznanie a multiodborový manažment, ktorý má na finálny výsledok rozhodujúci vplyv. Pacienti s týmto poranením by mali byť smerovaní na špecializované pracovisko. V tomto článku je zhrnutý stručný algoritmus v manažmente úrazov podžalúdkovej žľazy.

Traumatic injuries of the pancreas – pathogenesis, diagnosis, classification and treatment management

Traumatic injuries of the pancreas include approximately 4% of abdominal trauma. The close relationship of the pancreas to the vascular and gastrointestinal structures directly reflects the high morbidity and mortality of the injury. It is important to recognise it immediately with multidisciplinary approach, which has a decisive impact on the final result. Patients with these injuries should be sent to a specialized workplace. In this article a short algorithm for the management of pancreatic injuries is included.
