Izolovaná trauma pravej nadoličky − kazuistika

Úrazové poranenia nadobličiek sú pomerne zriedkavý nález, ktorý sa vyskytuje u pacientov najmä pri tupej traume brucha. Väčšinou ide o viacorgánové poranenie dutiny brušnej. Izolované poranenie je extrémne raritné a predstavuje necelé 4 % zo všetkých úrazov nadobličky. V tomto článku autori prezentujú pacienta, ktorý utrpel raritnú, izolovanú laceráciu pravej nadobličky pri tupom poranení brucha, ktorá viedla k operačnej revízii.

Isolated injury of the right adrenal gland – a case report

Traumatic injuries of the adrenal glands are relatively rare finding that occurs in patients especially with blunt trauma of the abdomen. It is mostly a multiorgan injury of the abdominal cavity. An isolated injury is extremely rare and represents less than 4% of all injuries to the adrenal gland. In this article the authors present a patient who sustained a rare, isolated laceration of the right adrenal gland from blunt abdominal trauma that led to the surgery.
