Hiátová hernia ako príčina ileózneho stavu – kazuistika

Zriedkavou a vážnou komplikáciou paraezofageálnej hiátovej hernie je inkarcerácia a ileózny stav, pri ktorom je indikované operačné riešenie. Autori prezentujú kazuistiku 91-ročnej pacientky s veľkou hiátovou herniou komplikovanou inkarceráciou a ileóznym stavom, ktorá bola riešená laparoskopickou hiátoplastikou a fundoplikáciou. Kazuistika poukazuje na možnosť riešenia akútneho stavu laparoskopiou s jej nespornými benefitmi pre pacienta.

Hiatal hernia as a cause of ileus - case report

A rare and serious complication of the paraesophageal hiatal hernia is the incarceration and ileus in which a surgery solution is indicated. The authors present a case report of a 91-year-old patient with a giant hiatal hernia complicated with incarceration and ileus, which was solved by laparoscopic hiatoplasty and fundoplication. The case report points to the possibility of resolving an acute state of laparoscopy with its undisputed benefits for the patient.
