Detské hepatálne poranenia

Hepar je druhým najčastejšie ledovaným orgánom po tupej traume a najčastejšie poškodeným parenchýmovým orgánom po penetrujúcom poranení. Anatomická pozícia priamo pod pravým rebrovým oblúkom vytvára podmienky na tupé poranenie orgánu hlavne u detí.

Liver injuries in children

The liver is the second most commonly injuried organ following blunt trauma and is the most commonly injuried organ following penetrating trauma. The anatomic location, directly under the right costal margin, make it the most susceptible organ for injury in blunt trauma especially in children.
