Dohľad nad zdravotnou starostlivosťou (I. časť)

Predkladaný článok opisuje postup Úradu pre dohľad nad zdravotnou starostlivosťou pri výkone dohľadu. Pacienti sa v ostatnom čase často obracajú s podnetmi, v ktorých žiadajú prešetrenie postupu poskytovateľov zdravotnej starostlivosti, t. j., či postupovali lege artis. Úrad pre dohľad má stanovené zákonné hranice postupu, ktorý realizuje a nesmie obchádzať. Iba tak budú dodržané pravidlá spravodlivého procesu.
