Vznikající doporučené postupy pro diagnostiku a léčbu Alzheimerovy nemoci a jiných kognitivních poruch: mezioborový konsenzus

Péče o pacienty s Alzheimerovou nemocí (AN) a dalšími demencemi je v ČR roztříštěná a v různých regionech nerovnoměrně a nedostatečně dostupná. Podílí se na ní neurologové, psychiatři, geriatři a praktičtí lékaři. Cílem implementace Národního akčního plánu pro AN a obdobná onemocnění pro roky 2020–2030 (NAPAN) schváleného vládou ČR je vytvořit jednotný doporučený postup pro diagnostiku a léčbu AN a obdobných onemocnění tak, aby pacient vždy dostal dobrou komplexní péči nezávisle na tom, ke kterému odbornému lékaři a v jakém regionu přijde. Součástí tohoto postupu je i snaha definovat systém péče, vymezit roli a nastavit spolupráci jednotlivých specializací a vytvořit síť péče zajišťující dostupnost všech výše uvedených odborností i specializovaných center pro péči o pacienty s AN.

Emerging recommended practices for the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive disorders: an interdisciplinary consensus

Care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and other cognitive disorders has been fragmented in the Czech Republic and unevenly and inadequately accessible in different regions. Neurologists, psychiatrists, geriatricians and general practitioners are involved in treatment. The aim of the implementation of the National Action Plan for AD and Similar Diseases 2020-2030 (NAPAN), approved by the Government of the Czech Republic, is to establish a single recommended approach for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with AD and similar diseases, so that the patient always receives good comprehensive care, regardless of the consulted specialist and the concerned region. These recommended practices include also an effort to define the system of care, to define the role and set up cooperation between the various specialties and to create a network of care ensuring the availability of all the above-mentioned specialties and specialized centers for management of AD patients.
