Systém manažmentu dokumentácie všeobecného lekára

Manažment dokumentácie v ambulancii všeobecného lekára je daný platnou legislatívou, ktorej cieľom je právna ochrana samotného lekára, jeho zamestnancov, klienta a majetku. Exaktné vedenie záznamov je požiadavkou doby a nástrojom objektívneho pohľadu do minulosti a prítomnosti. Napomáha plánovaniu do budúcnosti, čím zvyšuje kvalitu práce. Vznik tohto článku podnietilo želanie autora mať poriadok vo svojej dokumentácii. Zámerom článku je sprehľadnenie a zhrnutie dôležitých informácii z tejto oblasti pre potreby každodennej praxe všeobecného lekára.

Document management system in the GP clinic

All documents produced and generated in the GP office must be managed according to the law in order to protect the physician, his staff and the patients in order to provide high quality healthcare. The produced documents, if properly archived and saved, will benefit the present operation of the GP and provide historic background for his practice. It will also assist in planning future improvement to the practice. The aim of this work is to create a Document Management System for the use in the GP practice which can be retrieved and used by all responsible personnel to provide high quality data retrevial, evidence and control.
