Diabetes insipidus – komplikácia histiocytózy Langerhansových buniek

Histiocytóza je neoplastická histiocytová porucha s vysokou klinickou variabilitou a schopnosťou infiltrovať neurohypofýzu. Diabetes insipidus a histiocytóza Langerhansových buniek je potenciálne život ohrozujúca kombinácia s postupným a často nepozorovaným začiatkom.

Diabetes insipidus – complication of Langerhans cells histiocytosis

Histiocytosis is a neoplastic histiocytic disorder with high clinical variability and the potential to infiltrate the neurohypophysis. Diabetes insipidus and Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a potentially life-threatening combination with a gradual and often unnoticed onset.
