Disekce aorty typu A

V kazuistice prezentujeme případ pacienta, který byl vyšetřen v akutní ambulanci Kliniky interní, geriatrie a praktického lékařství pro bolesti v oblasti hrudníku. Zobrazovacími metodami je u něj stanovena diagnóza disekce aorty typu A a pacient je následně akutně operován. Kazuistika poukazuje na nutnost důsledné diferenciální diagnostiky a urgentního řešení vzniklé situace u této nepříliš četné diagnózy.

Type A aortic dissection

This report presents case of the patient coming to acute ambulance of Internal, geriatrics and general medicine clinic for newly appeared chest pain. Aortic dissection type A was found by using imaging methods and acute surgery followed immediately. This case report stresses the necessarity of careful differential diagnostics and urgent solution in patients with this relatively rare diagnosis.
