Postrelenie gravidnej ženy a plodu in utero – kazuistika

Strelné poranenia v našej geopolitickej oblasti nie sú bežnou rutinou v práci všeobecného chirurga. V čase mieru závažné strelné poranenia sú často smerované do traumacentier, naopak ľahké poranenia vzduchovými strelnými zbraňami si často nevyžadujú náročnú chirurgickú liečbu. Autori prezentujú prípad tehotnej ženy, postrelenej vzduchovou strelnou zbraňou s poranením plodu v maternici, ošetrenú urgentne všeobecným chirurgom a gynekológom.

Gunshot injury of pregnant woman and fetus in utero – case report

Gunshot injuries in our geopolitical region are not common routin in duty of general surgeon. In time of peace, serious injuries are often transported to trauma centers, and vice versa light injuries by air guns often does not need serious surgery treatment. Authors presents case report of pregnant woman, shot by air gun with gunshot injury of fetus in womb, treated urgently by general surgeon and gynecologist – obstetrician.
