Základné úlohy a funkcie systému lekárenskej starostlivosti

Pozícia lekárenskej starostlivosti v systéme zdravotnej starostlivosti, základné ciele ďalšieho rozvoja a smerovania lekárenstva, ako aj primárne vstupy pre dlhodobú tvorbu legislatívy v odbore lekárenstvo by mali patriť ku základným koncepčným materiálom v oblasti verejného zdravotníctva. V súčasnosti platný materiál pod názvom Koncepcia zdravotnej starostlivosti v odbore lekárenstvo je z pohľadu súčasného stavu, ako aj z pohľadu ďalšieho rozvoja a z viacerých ďalších hľadísk nepostačujúci. V práci sa pokúšame priniesť komplexný pohľad na lekárenstvo a lekárenskú starostlivosť a dať tak podklad pre tvorbu prepracovaného modelu koncepcie v tejto oblasti zdravotníctva.

Basic tasks and functions of pharmaceutical care system

Position of pharmaceutical care within the healthcare system, the basic goals of continual development and orientation of pharmacy services, as well as basic aims for long therm legislative processing in the pharmacy scope should be one of the elementary concepts for national public health system. The present material named Conseption of health care for pharmaceutical care is insufficient from the perspective of current state, continual development and other points of view. In this article we try to bring a general overview for pharmaceutical care system that can be sequentially used as a groundwork for preparing a brand new model of conception in this important segment of health care.
