Interakcie liečiv s marihuanou a hašišom

Rastlinné drogy – marihuana (Cannabis herba), hašiš (Cannabis resina) – získavané z rôznych druhov konopy (Cannabis L., Cannabaceae), a ich biologicky účinné obsahové látky patria medzi halucinogénne látky. Pri užívaní týchto psychotropných látok vzniká len ľahká dependencia. Napriek tomu je na Slovensku trestné prechovávať a pestovať marihuanu, tak pre vlastnú potrebu, ako aj na predaj. V ostatnom čase sa objasnil význam endokanabinoidného systému, objavili sa jeho ligandy, tzv. endokanabinoidy. Pozorovanie vplyvu marihuany, respektíve hašiša (účinok fytokanabinoidov) na ľudský organizmus otvára cestu aj pre medicínske využitie niektorých substrátov kanabinoidných receptorov (agonistov, respektíve antagonistov) v terapii niektorých chorôb, respektíve závislostí. V literatúre sa však vyskytujú údaje, ktoré upozorňujú na nebezpečenstvo možných interakcií nielen s liečivami, ale aj s inými liečivými rastlinami.

Interaction of marihuana and hashish components

Herbal drugs – marihuana (Cannabis herba), hashish (Cannabis resina) – originating from different species of the genus Cannabis L., Cannabaceae, and their biologically active compounds are halucinogens. The use of these psychoactive constituents has a low risk factor for dependence. Nevertheless, possessing and cultivating of marihuana for oneself and for distribution is illegal in Slovakia. The endocannabinoid system and its ligands (endocannabinoids) were discovered lately. Observations of the effects of phytocannabinoids of marihuana and hashish on human physiology later inspired medicinal research of cannabinoid receptor agonists and antagonists, as prospective agents to treat diseases, and/or addictions. Literature data leads to concerns on interactions of cannabinoids with medicinal mass products and herbal medicines, or medicinal plants as well.
