Syfilis v detskom veku

Aj napriek pokrokom v diagnostike ostáva syfilis stále medicínskym a sociálnym problémom. Zvýšený počet prípadov ochorenia v posledných rokoch postihoval mladšie vekové skupiny vrátane detí aj adolescentov. Práca poukazuje na klinickú symptomatológiu syfilisu v detskom veku, diagnostiku, stratégiu liečby a aj manažment kontroly a prevencie ich matiek v gravidite.

Syphilis in children

Despite of advantages of diagnostic syphilis is syphilis still medical and socially problem in Slovakia. Increased number of diseases occured last years in group of young patients including children and adolescents too. This article discusses the clinical symptoms, control and strategies about treatment of syphilis at childhood and how to manage control and prevention of their mothers during pregnancy.
