ntikoncepcia u dospievajúcich dievčat je neoddeliteľnou súčasťou plánovaného rodičovstva. V ambulanciách pediatrickej gynekológie sa zvyšuje počet dievčat, ktoré sa chodia poradiť ohľadne antikoncepcie. Preskripcia hormonálnej antikoncepcie mladistvým naráža na úskalia jednak z hľadiska medicínskeho, tak spoločenského. Cieľom tejto práce je podať prehľad metód antikoncepcie, jednak z dôvodov zábrany tehotenstva, a taktiež z terapeutických indikácií u mladých dievčat.

The contraception for teenage girls is an integral part of maternity planning. The number of girls who come for advice about contraception to the outpatient department of pediatric gynaecology is increasing. There are obstacles of prescribing the hormonal contraception to teenage girls from both medical and social point of view. The aim of this work is to offer the summary of contraceptional methods from the reason of preventing the pregnancy and also besause of therapeutical indications at teenage girls.
