Diferenciálna diagnóza hematúrie

Hematúria je častý močový syndróm. Izolovaná hematúria má zvyčajne dobrú prognózu, hematúria s proteinúriou je charakteristická pre postihnutie glomerulov. Diferenciálno-diagnostický algoritmus sa opiera o dôkladnú anamnézu, cielené fyzikálne vyšetrenie, základné klinické a paraklinické vyšetrenia, ktoré pomôžu zostaviť jednoduchý a racionálny diagnostický postup.

Differential diagnostic of hematuria

Hematuria is a common urine syndrome. An isolated hematuria has usually a good prognosis, hematuria with proteinuria is characteristic for glomerulus damage. Differential-diagnostic algorithm consist in a precise history, targeted physical examination, basic clinic and paraclinic examination. All this helps us to configure simple and rational diagnostic approach.
