Peroperačná ruptúra puzdra tumoru karcinómu ovária vo včasných štádiách je možnou komplikáciou chirurgickej liečby tohto ochorenia. Neexistuje jednoznačný názor, či tento stav vplýva na prognózu ochorenia. V tomto článku je zhrnutý prehľad dostupných publikovaných prác, ktoré sa touto problematikou zaoberajú.

Rupture of tumor during the surgery in the early stages of ovarian cancer

Peroperative rupture of tumor during the surgery in the early stages of ovarian cancer is a feasibile complication of a tretament of this disease. There are different opinions, if this complication has some influence on the prognosis of the disease. In this article there is a summary of the accessible publicated studies which are targeted on this problem.
