Neseminomatózne nádory testis

Neseminómové nádory testis sú závažné malígne ochorenie u mužov s maximom výskytu medzi 20. – 35. rokom života. Vzhľadom na veľmi dobrú liečebnú odpoveď je možné testikulárne nádory považovať za model kurabilnej malignity. Vynikajúci liečebný efekt je podmienený nielen poznaním vhodných liečebných režimov, podstatné je aj hodnotenie rizikových faktorov a hľadané sú prediktívne faktory, ktoré by mohli ďalej zlepšiť liečebné možnosti. Tento článok má za úlohu sumarizovať prehľad aktuálnych liečebných možností neseminómových nádorov testis.

Nonseminomatous testicular tumors

Nonseminomatous testicular tumors are serious malignant diseases within men with maximum of incidence between 20-35 years of life. Testicular tumors can be considered as a model of curable malignity due to very good treatment response. The excellent treatment effect is given not only by knowledge of the best treatment options, but also by evaluating risk factors. Predictive factors that could further improve treatment options are still searched for. The role of this summary article is to summarize an overview of present treatment options in seminomatous and nonseminomatous tumors of testes.
