Chronická bulózna dermatóza detí

Chronická bulózna dermatóza detí je získané autoimunitné heterogénne ochorenie charakterizované tvorbou subepidermálnych vezikúl a búl prevažne idiopatického pôvodu. Autori prezentujú prípad 10-ročného chlapca s rozsiahlym kožným nálezom, diagnostiku a liečbu ochorenia. Uvádzajú stručný prehľad charakteristiky ochorenia, diagnostických a terapeutických možností.

Chronic bullous dermatosis of childhood

Chronic bullous dermatosis of childhood is an acquired autoimmune heterogenous disease characterized by subepidermal vesicles and bullas mostly of idiopathic origin. Authors present a case of 10-year-old boy with widespread skin lesions, diagnosis and therapy of the disease. They shortly present a review of the characteristic signs of the disease its diagnostic and therapeutical possibilities.
