TRANSPLANTATION OF HEMATOPOIETIC CELLS AND GENERAL PRACTITIONER
Indications for transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells permanently grow. Improvement of infection prophylaxis and treatment, immune suppression, supportive care and treatment of complications decreased mortality rate. Infections and graft versus host disease remain the most frequent cause of death.
