Document management system in the GP clinic
All documents produced and generated in the GP office must be managed according to the law in order to protect the physician, his staff and the patients in order to provide high quality healthcare. The produced documents, if properly archived and saved, will benefit the present operation of the GP and provide historic background for his practice. It will also assist in planning future improvement to the practice. The aim of this work is to create a Document Management System for the use in the GP practice which can be retrieved and used by all responsible personnel to provide high quality data retrevial, evidence and control.
