Colorectal cancer screening in Slovak republic
The colorectal cancer screening (KRCa) at surgeries of general practitioners in Slovakia has brought positive results in the battle with this widespread tumorous disease. The analysis of the practice in Slovakia and neighbouring countries has helped to create more effective strategies towards the increase in the interception of the new cancer cases. It has also helped to attract public attention to take part in the screening and to simplify administrative data processing for general practitioners (GP).
