Sine syndrome in systemic sclerosis
The diagnosis of systemic sclerosis without scleroderma requires careful analysis of the medical history, tracing the organ manifestations, mainly because the undifferentiated connective tissue diseases may cause severe changes in organ (heart, lungs, kidneys), and skin lesions may be present or occur later. Analysis of antibodies to RNA I and III can help to specify nozographic of this rare subgroup of systemic sclerosis.
