NON-STEROID ANALGETICS AS POSSIBLE CAUSE OF GIT BLEEDING
Authors in this retrospective study evaluate incidence, loacalisation and most frequent sites of upper gastorintestinal bleeding. Results of this clinical study shows, that the most frequent site of gastrointestinal bleeding are stomach and duodenum. Non steroidal analgetics starts to have an important role in ethiology of gastrointestinal bleeding in the last few decades. It is related to age structure, polymorbidity of the patients and increaced utilization of medicaments.
