INFECTIOUS MONONUCLEOSIS
Infectious mononucleosis (IM) is the acute viral illness, which is characterised by fever, lymphadenopathy, hepathospenomegaly, exudative pharyngitis and atypical lymphocytosis . Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a cause of IM.
