PHARMACOTHERAPY OF OBESITY
Obesity has recently become the most frequent metabolic disease with major metabolic, organ, psychic and social-economic consequences. Regarding the importance of the complications of obesity, the prevention and therapy is a very serious matter. An important part of the integrated approach to the therapy of obesity is the administration of modern drugs which contribute to fast and mainly long-lasting reduction and maintenance of the body weight.
