Diabetes insipidus – complication of Langerhans cells histiocytosis
Histiocytosis is a neoplastic histiocytic disorder with high clinical variability and the potential to infiltrate the neurohypophysis. Diabetes insipidus and Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a potentially life-threatening combination with a gradual and often unnoticed onset.
