Adherence to the treatment of multiple sclerosis
Adherence reflects the patient‘s attitude towards their health and compliance with the recommendations by doctors. It includes three components: acceptance, compliance and persistence. In terms of doctor most important opportunity to improve adherence lies in an attempt to motivate the patient with the proper guidance and lessons about the consequences of non-compliance with the recommendations. In the case of multiple sclerosis poor adherence leads to worsening of the disease with the rise of the number of relapses and also to highlight and increase the side effects of treatment. This issue was identified adverse predictors. Article presents an analysis of the problems and the guidance of a positive effect on adherence.
