Pneumonia in GP practice and treatment
Cough, shortness of breath, fever and chest pain are the most common symptoms that brings patients with pneumonia to our ambulances.Early recognition of acute inflammatory diseases of the lung alveoli, respiratory bronchioles and pulmonary interstitium, initiation of antibiotic therapy and possible hospitalization are very important for the further development of the disease and patient's prognosis. In this case report article we want to demonstrate on specific cases, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia as a outpatient and discuss the case, that required hospitalization.
