Endovascular treatment of acute limb ischemia at acute popliteal aneurysm thrombosis
Popliteal aneurysm thrombosis with following acute limb ischemia is leg-threatening situation. In therapy is used a combination of endovascular and angiosurgical technique. We present a case study of patient treated in our department by failure of this technique. Patient was treated full endovascular with stentgraft implantation and angioplasty followed with thrombolytic therapy.
