Involuntary admission of patient suffering from mania and a following legal intervention of lawyer empowered by her
Authors present a case report of involuntary admission of patient with bipolar disorder in manic phase in her with psychotic symptoms. They focus on procedure concerning approving her involuntary admission to the psychiatric hospital. Authors make an effort to formulate general recommendations on how to proceed in this situation and communication with attorney in compliance with the law in force.
