The impairment of memory functions in patients with multiple sclerosis
The impairment of memory functions is one of the most prevalent cognitive dysfunction in multiple sclerosis patients. Memory impairment are frequent in multiple sclerosis at the early stages even though in lesser extent. It is not clear what is behind these impairments. There are number of psychometric tools for measure the memory impairment. This article focus on literature review which deals with cognitive impairment with main focus on memory dysfunction.
