New trends in drug forms in therapy of pain

The pain is one of the most common symptoms, why the patients visit the physician. The long time between the pain feeling and the diagnosis is very difficult for every patient and patient can to feel the emotional changes. The intensity of the pain can be broadly categorized as mild, moderate and severe. Other classification of pain is the duration the pain – acute, less three months, and chronic, more than three months. The treatment of pain is very individual and we can combine the drug of analgesics – opioid of non-opioid. The analgesics treatment has to be rational and accept the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs. In every year are approved the new drugs, new therapeutics guidelines and the new drug forms. The innovative drugs form improves the adherence and compliance to therapy.
