Purulent neuroinfections in pediatric practice
Bacterial meningitis is a serious disease of the central nervous system, which could be incorporated into emergency medicine. The inflammation is often diffuse, occasionally the abscess may develop. The etiology is very heterogeneous. Purulent inflammation of the central nervous system are divided according to several criteria. We share it by age, according to etiology, pathomechanism and by risk factors.
