Opioid-induced hyperalgesia syndrome
When progressing incurable diseases it is needed frequent regular checking of the effectiveness of analgesic therapy set. Change intensity of pain is often a sign of disease progression, but is also related to the pharmacological processes that call for tolerance effect analgesic. And the development of abnormal pain perception in long-term opioid therapy may cause a reduction in the effectiveness of treatment of chronic pain. Hyperalgesia is real important clinical phenomenon that deteriorates the quality of life of the patient. This condition can be prevent and actively tackle (5). The experience with this phenomenon is reflected in a number of published studies for reconsiderati on long-term analgesic treatment, right of indication of rotation of opioid analgesics and other strategies for safe analgesic treatment.
