Breast cancer and pain
Breast cancer is a leading cancer diagnosis among women worldwide, with more than 1 milion new cases per year, leading to approximately 500 000 deaths. In Slovakia they are responsible for 17,7 % of all cancer diseases in women. Pain can by a significant factor during the course of breast cancer and is typically related to the disease or its treatment.
