Legal Experts in Clinical Oncology
This article is focused on certain aspects of legal expert activities in clinical oncology. In four subsections, the author concerns with the conditions and the manner of registration in the register of legal experts maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic (Expert, Interpreter and Translation Activities Department), legal expert roles in civil litigation, criminal proceedings, and administrative proceedings.
