Treatment of advance basal cell carcinoma vismodegib
Basal-cell carcinoma is the most frequent skin tumor. Presented paper summarize the current data on systemic treatment by oral inhibitor of sonic Hedgehog pathway – vismodegib. Clinical data concerning of efficacy and safety as well as first Slovak experiences are presented.
