It is necessary to treat each patient with localized prostate cancer?
Introducing PSA (prostate specific antigen) screening into clinical practice increased incidence of small, localized, well-differentiated prostate cancers. The work process changes are summarized in a low-risk strategy for the treatment of prostate cancer based on EBM (evidence based medicine) serious and long-term work of leading authors from around the world.
