Primary cicatricial alopecia
Cicatricial alopecia is heterogeneous group of disorders that lead to irreversible destruction of hair follicles followed by cicatrisation. In primary cicatricial alopecia, the hair follicle is destroyed by direct inflammatory destruction of hair follicle. The aim of this article is to provide an overview of different types of primary cicatricial alopecia.
