Extrammamary vulvar Paget disease clinically presented as lichen sclerosus - case report
Extramammary Paget‘s disease is an intraepithelial neoplasia, which rare occurrence makes the diagnosis difficult and clinical presentation may imitate other different diagnoses. Case report describes 52 years old female patient, whose diagnosis of extrammar Paget‘s disease was established thanks to histopatological proceeding of leukoplastic lesions located in vulvar and perianal region, which was previously supposed to be squamous cell carcinoma arising from lichen sclerosus.
