Aesthetic dermatology: management of unsatisfied patient – prevention and resolution of consequences

Drug administration to a patient in a non-health indication (aesthetic dermatology treatment procedures) are – according to the law – proper health care procedures (treatment procedures indicated by a physician, carrying the appropriate responsibility). Their complications are only rarely life-threatening. However, they ale often costly, which implies specific problem, the doctor has to face in case of patient´s dissatisfaction. The ability of proper management of unsatisfied patient is a necessary ability helping to avoid unwanted popularity in e.g. press or social networks.
