Chronic form of cutaneous sarcoidosis - case report
Introduction: Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic granulomatous disease of unknown origin that most often affects the lungs and intrathoracic lymph nodes. The second most commonly affected organ is the skin. Case: In the case report, the authors described the case of a 35-year-old patient with a chronic form of cutaneous sarcoidosis, with the need for long-term immunosuppressive treatment. Further examinations revealed asymptomatic stage I of lung sarcoidosis, which had a stationary character. Asymptomatic left-sided nephrolithiasis was diagnosed by USG examination. Conclusion: In the case of the cutaneous form of sarcoidosis, it is necessary to actively search for involvement of other organs.
