Antimycotics in dermatological practice
In the treatment of fungal infections of the skin and mucosa in dermatological practice, there are used specific antimycotics from several chemical groups. It is appropriate to mention some of their properties, the spectrum of their effect and the resistant strains of fungi. The aim of this paper is to contribute to an overview of the known and new antifungal active substances, as well as some of the newer trends in the treatment of dermatomycosis.
