Anti-aging, corrective and aesthetic medicine

Anti-aging medicine is a new medical specialty. The aim of this medical specialty is to reach the best possible health status of a human ever and to slow down as much as possible the process of aging. Aging is a physiological condition. Skin aging a slow, but complex process. Aging process can be divided into four stages - myoaging, chronological aging, hormonal aging and fotoaging. Corrective and aesthetic procedures moderate aging signs of every aging stage at the level of epidermis, dermis or SMAS (Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System). Statistically most often applied procedures are aplication of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, laser hair removal and photorejuvenation.
