PSYCHOSOMATIC PATIENT – HOW DO WE UNDERSTAND HIM?
The term „psychosomatics“, „psychosomatic“ can be defined in at least three ways. The article focuses on the psychosomatic pacient whose symptoms are mostly caused by psychosocial factors. Clinical categorisation of psychosomatic syndroms is identified in The International Classification of Diseases 10th revision. The therapy is centered on psychotherapy. Important is differential diagnosis as oposed to depresive disorders.
