PROBIOTICS

Probiotics are defined as live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host. Their effect is closely related to natural function of gut flora. Probiotics could be applied in the therapy and mainly in prevention of many civilisation disorders. Availability of safe probiotic strains with demonstrated clinical effectivity is main assumption of wider their application.
