BLOOD CLOTTING DISORDERS

Hemostasis is a complex systems of mechanism, which provide for cessation of bleeding and on the other hand prevent from excessive production of blood clot. It is insure by combination of activation and inhibition mechanisms of plasmatic proteins with platelets on the surface of vascular endothelium. The defect of this balance between procoagulant and anticoagulant activity is the manifest from hemorragic or trombophilic state.

Keywords: hemostasis, hemorragic state, trombophilic state, laboratory diagnosis, therapy.
